Heritage Diamonds. These are earth-made diamonds collected from period and previously-owned jewelry from verified sources. Sizes are as close to the description as possible, of exceptional quality, and the exact details of your stone will be listed on your certificate of purchase. In the jewelry trade, these are known as "post-consumer recycled diamonds". Heritage literally means "something that is handed down from the past", and we honor that legacy by placing it in your modern heirloom.
Rustic Rose-Cut Diamonds. WEND's rose-cut diamonds are earth-made diamonds, and ours are usually mined in Australia or Canada. They are un-treated and un-heated, so they have beautiful inclusions revealing their amazing character.  
Natural Rose-Cut Montana Sapphires. These stones are earth-made sapphires from the Sapphire Mountains of Rock Creek, Montana. These sapphires are certified at the highest Fair Trade level and are un-heated and un-treated. They range in gorgeous hues from grey to blue to teal, and they are the inspiration behind the colorful line in the WEND logo.
Lab-Created Diamonds. These diamonds are grown by applying extreme temperature and pressure to carbon in a sealed chamber over a period of time. Sometimes called above-ground diamonds, these stones have the same chemical composition, hardness, density, refractive index, and dispersion as a natural diamond. WEND sources lab diamonds from manufacturers in the USA and Europe to help ensure that human rights and environmental standards have been met.
